Staff Nurse / GNM Nurse / B.Sc Nursing

Rampurhat City Hospital Private Limited is inviting applications from qualified and experienced nursing professionals for the position of Staff Nurse. Candidates with GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, health conditions and progress.
• Administer medicines, injections and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Assist doctors during examinations, treatments and medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes and clinical documentation.
• Monitor and report any changes in the patient's condition to the concerned doctor.
• Ensure proper patient hygiene, comfort and safety.
• Follow infection-control, medication-safety and hospital hygiene protocols.
• Assist in admission, discharge and transfer procedures.
• Coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, technicians and other hospital departments.
• Handle emergency situations appropriately and provide immediate nursing support.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Support a professional, respectful and patient-friendly healthcare environment.

Eligibility:

• GNM Nursing or B.Sc Nursing qualification.
• Relevant professional registration as applicable.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Hospital experience preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Salary: As per Interview / Negotiable
