Our Story

SD Onupron Group began its journey in 2022 under the name Smart Update24, founded by Syed Mosharaf Hossain and Swastika Paul with the vision of building meaningful digital and service-based initiatives. As the organisation expanded its activities and services, its name was updated in 2026 to SD Onupron Group.

During this journey, we noticed a common challenge among many students and job seekers, especially in rural and semi-urban areas. Many ITI, Nursing and other qualified students complete their studies but remain unemployed or struggle to find genuine opportunities. At the same time, some candidates depend on intermediaries and recruitment agencies and may have to spend significant amounts of money simply to find employment.

To help reduce this gap, Onupron Career was created as a dedicated career and manpower platform. Our aim is simple: make job opportunities and essential career services more accessible, transparent and affordable. Candidates can access free job listings, free job-finding support and a digital profile/CV platform to present their qualifications and skills to potential employers.

Through the wider network of SD Onupron Group, we work with organisations and clients across different sectors, including hospitals, healthcare organisations, corporate employers and other service providers. Where there is a genuine manpower requirement, suitable candidates can be identified and connected according to the employer's stated requirements, qualifications, skills and experience.
