Floor Coordinator

Rampurhat City Hospital Private Limited, a 650-bed hospital in Rampurhat, Birbhum, is looking for an experienced and responsible Floor Coordinator to coordinate day-to-day activities and ensure smooth operations on the assigned hospital floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities and operations of the assigned hospital floor.
• Ensure smooth communication between patients, attendants, nurses, doctors and hospital departments.
• Assist patients and attendants with routine requirements and queries.
• Coordinate with nursing and administrative teams regarding patient-related services.
• Monitor cleanliness, discipline and general arrangements on the assigned floor.
• Follow up on patient service requests and coordinate with concerned departments.
• Assist in resolving routine operational issues and escalate important matters to the appropriate authority.
• Maintain proper coordination during patient admission, transfer and discharge.
• Ensure timely communication of instructions and information to relevant staff.
• Monitor the availability of required facilities and services on the floor.
• Maintain basic records and reports related to floor operations.
• Follow hospital policies, safety standards and patient-care protocols.

Eligibility

• Graduate or relevant qualification preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant hospital experience preferred.
• Previous experience in hospital administration, floor coordination or patient coordination will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
• Patient-friendly and professional approach.
